Tournament Organizers

Northwest All Stars
3rd–8th, 15U–17USeattle / Eastside
Founded in 2010 by Denn Pretz, Northwest All Stars runs tournaments, 3-on-3 events, and leagues for youth basketball players across the Greater Seattle area. Also operates Riverside Youth Basketball club teams. The same organization runs Seattle Youth Basketball (seattleyouthbasketball.com), sharing a tournament calendar across both brands.
- Schedule: Year-round calendar from October through August — February Fast Break, Pacific Northwest Power Play, Tournament of Champions, Memorial Weekend Main Event, Hardwood Heat, and more.
- State Qualifiers: Multiple tournaments are official qualifiers for the Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship.
Seattle Youth Basketball
3rd–8th, 15U–17USeattle / Eastside
One of the most active tournament organizers in the Greater Seattle area, running 13+ events annually year-round. Tournaments span fall through summer, with venues across the Eastside including Bellevue College, Issaquah High School, and Eastside Basketball Club in Redmond. Several events serve as state championship qualifiers.
- Schedule: Year-round calendar from October through August — February Fast Break, Pacific Northwest Power Play, Tournament of Champions, Memorial Weekend Main Event, Hardwood Heat, and more.
- State Qualifiers: Multiple tournaments are official qualifiers for the Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship.
Premier Basketball NW
3rd–12thSeattle Eastside
Established tournament organizer with over 20 years of experience, serving the Seattle Eastside from Bellevue, Kirkland, and Auburn gyms. Offers youth and high school divisions with multiple skill levels. Events use the NW Premier Basketball app for registration and scheduling.
- Events: Winter Slam (December), Spring Slam (April), Spring Showcase & James Johnson Annual (April/May), Summer Finale — all held at Bellevue, Kirkland, and Auburn venues.
- Registration: Register via TeamSportsAdmin portal or the NW Premier Basketball iOS/Android app.
HoopSource Grassroots Basketball
1st–12thAuburn / Seattle + Portland Metro
Nationally recognized grassroots brand hosting 35+ events annually across Washington and Oregon. Offers D1, D2, and D3 skill divisions to ensure every team competes at the right level. Strong Washington presence with multiple events at Auburn Fieldhouse and Seattle venues.
- Washington Events: Fall Preview, Fall Finale, Jr. Hardwood Invite (Auburn); Seattle Live, Emerald City Rise, Seatown Shootout, SUPER24 Stage 2 (Seattle/Auburn area).
- Divisions: D1 Elite, D2 Competitive, D3 Developmental — every team is placed at the appropriate level with 4-game minimum guarantees.
Rain City Hoopz
3rd–8th, 15U–17UAuburn / Seattle
Seattle-area tournament organizer running multiple events per year at Auburn and Seattle venues. Features D1 and D2 divisions, quality referees, and strong awards programs. Known for competitive atmosphere and solid customer service. Also co-hosts events with other organizers such as Hoop Dreams Live.
- Events: Raincity Hoopz Classic (April), Summer Tip-Off (June), Summer Sizzle (July, co-hosted with Hoop Dreams Live), plus Rain City Development League (fall league, Oct–Nov).
- Win and You're In: Championship winners at select events receive a sponsored entry into the next Rain City Hoopz tournament.
Washington Tournament Association (WTA)
3rd–High SchoolGreater Seattle / Western WA
Long-running AAU-sanctioned tournament organizer serving Western Washington for boys and girls from 3rd grade through high school. Runs multiple events throughout the year with 4-game minimums and multi-team discounts. All participants must hold a current AAU membership.
- Events: Multiple tournaments throughout the year including the Summer Blast (June). South-end and other Puget Sound locations.
- AAU Sanctioned: All WTA events are sanctioned through Pacific Northwest AAU. Current AAU membership required for all players and coaches.

DYSports
3rd–8thSeattle + Tacoma + Spokane
Multi-regional tournament organizer with dedicated regional managers in King County (Seattle), Pierce County (Tacoma), and Spokane. Carefully screens teams by evaluating prior records and performance to ensure balanced competition. Several events qualify for the Washington State Basketball Championships.
- Regions: King County (Joel Perez), Pierce County (Anthony Duban), Spokane (Demetrius Scott) — one organization covering three major Washington markets.
- Team Screening: Teams are evaluated by questionnaires, past performance, and tournament placement to create competitive balance across developmental, select/AAU, and feeder team categories.

Attitude of Gratitude

Full-service premium events company running 130+ events nationwide with a strong Washington state presence. Hosts multiple tournaments throughout the year across Auburn, Vancouver, and Centralia — including girls-only events, holiday classics, and NW-signature showcases.
- Washington Events: Vancouver Spring Tip-Off (March), Rain City Spring Extravaganza (Auburn, March), Battlefield NW Girls Only (Auburn, April), NW Hoop Summit (Vancouver, April), Battle of the Borders (Auburn, May), NW Mother's Day Classic (Centralia, May), NW Memorial Day Classic (Auburn, May), Battle in Seattle (Auburn, July).
- Girls Events: Dedicated girls-only events such as Battlefield NW provide focused competition for girls teams at all skill levels.

Grassroots 365

Nationally operating tournament brand launched in 2016 by Open Gym Premier, now hosting highly sought-after events in Washington. Auburn Fieldhouse events (Jet City, Emerald City Classic) sell out quickly and are known for high-quality management, player profiles, media coverage, and NCAA-certified officials.
- Washington Events: G365 Jet City (June, Auburn Fieldhouse), G365 Emerald City Classic (October, Auburn Fieldhouse). Events typically sell out in advance.
- Player Development: Player profiles, individual statistics, and media coverage available at every event — providing exposure beyond just game competition.

Hoop Dreams Live
2nd–High SchoolTacoma / South Sound
Tacoma-based organizer running 9+ tournaments per year on a full-season schedule from January through August. Tournaments feature live announcers, music, and All-Star Games. Offers both Elite and Developmental divisions. Also co-hosts events with other Seattle-area organizers.

Flight Club Tournaments
3rd–12thVancouver / SW Washington
Vancouver, WA-based organizer running a year-round tournament calendar at McLoughlin Middle School and other SW Washington gyms. Uses an RPI ranking system to match teams at the right competitive level. All events serve as NW Nationals qualifiers.
- Events: The Preview (Feb/Mar), The Give Back (Mar), Tournament of Champions (Mar/Apr), Momma Said Box You Out (May), NW Mayhem (May/Jun), Juneteenth Jam (Jun), Summer 3v3 Series (Aug/Sep).
- RPI System: Rating Percentage Index (RPI) ranking tracks team performance across events to ensure fair seeding and competitive matchups.

Bellingham / NW WA
The primary youth basketball organization in Bellingham, running recreational in-town leagues, travel leagues, and the Challengers program for children with physical or mental challenges. Active 501(c) organization serving Whatcom County with a full boys and girls league structure.
- Programs: In-town leagues (3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th boys; 3rd–5th, 6th–8th girls), Travel League, and Challengers program (ages 6 through high school).

Spokane Hoopfest Association
3rd–8th + 3-on-3 all agesSpokane / Eastern WA
Eastern Washington's premier basketball tournament organizer. Runs three annual indoor youth tournaments — Boo Ball (fall), Santa Slammer (December), and Hooptown Championships (February) — all serving as official qualifiers for the Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship. Also organizes Hoopfest, the world's largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament (June).
- State Qualifiers: All three Hooptown Series events (Boo Ball, Santa Slammer, Hooptown Championships) are official qualifiers for the Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship.
- Hoopfest: The annual Hoopfest 3-on-3 tournament (June) draws thousands of teams of all ages and is the world's largest event of its kind.
Mid-Columbia Hoops
2nd–High SchoolTri-Cities / Eastern WA
Tri-Cities leader in year-round leagues and tournaments, with reach extending to Spokane, Walla Walla, Yakima Valley, and Pullman. Offers multiple skill divisions for all levels. PNW Championship and Spring Showcase are signature events. Has a dedicated mobile app for schedules and results.
- Service Area: Tri-Cities hub with events also in Spokane, Walla Walla, Yakima Valley, and Pullman — the broadest footprint of any Eastern WA organizer.
- Year-Round: Spring league (Apr–May), PNW Championship (Feb/Mar), Spring Showcase (April), plus fall and winter events.
Central Washington / Yakima
Yakima's primary AAU tournament organizer, running multiple marquee annual events year-round including the Yakima Valley Invitational (January), MLK Tournament (January), Best in the West (May), Veterans Tournament (November), and summer leagues. All events are AAU-sanctioned.
- Signature Events: 26th Annual Yakima Valley Invitational (Jan), 33rd Annual MLK Tournament (Jan), 37th Annual Best in the West (May), YVSA/AAU Veterans Tournament (Nov), Summer League (June–July).

Operated by Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, PEAK Hoops runs Fall, Winter, and Spring competitive leagues plus standalone tournaments (Turkey Hoopfeast, MLK Classic, Memorial Day Classic) in the Mercer Island area using multiple Eastside facilities including Bellevue College, Hidden Valley B&G Club, and Smilow Rainier Vista B&G Club. Winter league serves as an official state championship qualifier.
- Tournaments: Turkey Hoopfeast (November), MLK Classic (January), Memorial Day Classic (May) — standalone tournaments open to teams outside the league.
- State Qualifier: The Winter PEAK League is an official qualifier for the Washington Middle School Basketball Championship in Spokane.

4PEAK Hoops Seattle
3rd–8thSeattle Eastside / Mercer Island
Operated by Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, PEAK Hoops runs Fall, Winter, and Spring competitive leagues plus standalone tournaments (Turkey Hoopfeast, MLK Classic, Memorial Day Classic) in the Mercer Island area using multiple Eastside facilities including Bellevue College, Hidden Valley B&G Club, and Smilow Rainier Vista B&G Club. Winter league serves as an official state championship qualifier.
- Seasons: Fall League (Sep–Oct), Winter League (Dec–Mar, $1,300/team, 11 games), Spring League (Apr–May, $775–$800/team, 8 games + playoffs). All seasons include single-elimination playoffs.
- State Qualifier: The Winter PEAK League is an official qualifier for the Washington Middle School Basketball Championship in Spokane.

Eastside Travel League
4th–8thSeattle Eastside
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving 36 KINGCO high school feeder programs across the Seattle Eastside — Bellevue, Bothell, Eastlake, Inglemoor, Issaquah, Juanita, Lake Washington, Mercer Island, Redmond, Skyline, Woodinville, and more. Season runs December through March with a championship. Tryouts begin mid-September.
- Season: Tryouts begin mid-September; game play starts December 6, 2025; Boys season ends March 15, Girls season ends March 8.
- Member Programs: 36 member programs across both boys and girls divisions representing most major KINGCO-area school communities.
North Puget Sound / Snohomish County
Boys-only AAU feeder league serving north Puget Sound schools since 2002. Teams are built around high school feeder programs — players in each program will eventually attend the same high school together. Roughly 20 teams compete in ~16 regular season games from December through February, culminating in the WESCO Championship Tournament in early March.
- Member Schools: Arlington, Everett, Cascade, Cedarcrest, Jackson, Shorecrest, Kamiak, Marysville Getchell, Marysville Pilchuck, Mountlake Terrace, King's, Shorewood, Glacier Peak, Snohomish, Meadowdale, Edmonds-Woodway, Lynnwood, Mount Vernon, Stanwood, Lake Stevens, Monroe, and others.
- Season: ~16 regular season games, December–February; season concludes with WESCO Championship Tournament first weekend of March.

Northwest Youth Basketball
7th–12thWhatcom County / Lynden
Whatcom County recreational-competitive league based at Cornerstone Christian School in Lynden. Offers four divisions — Boys A, Boys B, Girls A, Girls B — with games on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from early December through late February. Focused on good competition and great sportsmanship for all skill levels.
- Season: Early December through late February, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Championship concludes third week of February.
- Registration: $700 per team. Coaches/team leaders register October–November; player registration follows. Also accepts AAU girls (7th–8th grade) and 8th grade AAU boys teams.
